Before sales open, this page will state available delivery countries, carriers, delivery estimates, shipping costs, handling times and the procedure for delivery problems. These details must also be clear before a customer places an order.

For the commercial shop, customers will receive the statutory information for distance sales before purchase. For most consumer product purchases this includes a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt, followed by a return period after withdrawal. The shop will also publish the return address, who bears return shipping costs, refund timing and the statutory model withdrawal form.
The commercial build will also include a clear online withdrawal function so a customer can exercise the right of withdrawal digitally during the applicable period.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

This pre-launch website has no shop. It collects email addresses only when you sign up for updates yourself. If you contact us by email, your message and contact details are used to handle your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your message. We keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires us to keep it longer.
FONTS AND EXTERNAL REQUESTS
Typefaces are served from this website itself. No font, script or asset is requested from a third-party network on page load.
COOKIES
This pre-launch website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party tracking tools. We do not track your browsing across other websites.
If we introduce cookies or similar technologies that require your consent, we will explain their purpose and ask for your choice before activating them. You will be able to refuse or withdraw consent without losing ordinary access to the website. When you follow a link to Instagram, its own cookie and privacy policies apply on its website.
EMAIL UPDATES
When you sign up, TIMMERCLǓB stores your email address, the time of signup and your consent. We use it only to email you about TIMMERCLǓB clothing and collection releases. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
After you sign up, we send one email with a confirmation button. Your address is only added to the list once you press it. Your confirmation link expires after 48 hours. Expired, unconfirmed signup records are removed when the service processes subsequent signups.
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) as our email service to store the list and send updates. Resend stores customer data in the United States. Transfers there are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in Resend's data processing agreement. A backup of the list is kept on our own web server at TransIP in the Netherlands. Your address is never sold or shared with advertisers.
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To unsubscribe, request access or have your data deleted, email info@timmerclub.com. Every update will also include a way to unsubscribe. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Email info@timmerclub.com and we will respond within one month.

This notice will be updated before sales open to cover orders, payments and delivery.
TECHNICAL DELIVERY
This website is hosted by TransIP in the Netherlands. As our hosting provider, TransIP processes technical connection and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
To prevent abuse of the signup form, we store a hashed version of your IP address to limit repeated attempts within a 10-minute window. Expired entries are removed when the service processes subsequent signups.

This is currently a brand experience without an active shop. No purchase agreement can be concluded through this build. Joining the email list is free and does not place an order, reserve a product or guarantee access to a future release.
COMMERCIAL VERSION
Before sales open, the shop will clearly provide the required pre-contract information, including the seller's identity and contact details, product characteristics, total price and additional costs, payment methods, delivery information, statutory conformity rights, complaint handling and withdrawal information where applicable.
Immediately before payment, the order flow will make the payment obligation clear and the customer will receive a durable order confirmation after purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original TIMMERCLǓB names, artwork, graphics, photographs and texts may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Ordinary viewing of the website does not grant permission for commercial reuse.
